Accord Sync is installed with a Dashboard called Accord Sync Status in the Accord folder.
1) Accord Record Status – Errors | Displays the total number of records that have not been synced due to an error. The underlying report displays the Salesforce Record ID, QB Record ID and the most recent log for the errored record. |
2) Accord Record Status – Syncing | Displays the number of records where a sync has been initiated but has not been completed. |
3) Accord Record Status – In sync | Displays the number of records that are currently in sync between QuickBooks and Salesforce. |
4) Accord Record Status – Errors | Displays the number of records that have not been synced due to an error summarized by the type of record. |
5) Accord Record Status – Syncing | Displays the number of records where a sync has been initiated but has not been completed summarized by the type of record. |
6) Accord Record Status – All | Displays a summary of the number of successful and errored records by the type of record. |
